1. How to acquire AMEA solutions?
Our software is available for rent or for sale. In some individual cases, we may also offer leasing.
2. Do you offer software updates and support? What are your service rates?
If you purchase our software, the price will include version upgrades for 12 months.
If you rent our software, the price will include system support and version upgrades for the entire contract period.
3. Are there any extra charges?
The system may be deployed on the customer’s server or data storage. AMEA product prices do not include data storage service rate that is LTL 15 per month (VAT excl.) for one license or LTL 80 per month (VAT excl.) for the unlimited number of licenses.
4. Can I get a demo version before I buy your software?
Yes, you can get a demo version before you buy our software. In that case, we offer to sign a confidentiality agreement. During a six weeks trial period, you will be able to test the system free of charge.
5. What are the prices of AMEA products?
The price depends on the product and the selected method of purchase. You may find the exact prices in “Price” section. For more detailed descriptions, read “Products” section.
6. What requirements a workplace must comply with to be suitable for AMEA products?
AMEA software requirements for a workplace are the following:
Microsoft Windows XP SP2 or Vista SP1 operation system with Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 SP1
1 GB RAM (2GB RAM, if you use Windows Vista), 1.5GHz CPU, 100MB disc space.
Internet access
For the integration with Microsoft Outlook, you’ll need Microsoft Outlook 2007 or Microsoft Outlook 2003 versions.
7. What are the technical requirements for the AMEA system server?
The system architecture does not require large system user resources or expensive equipment. Even your laptop computer may server as an AMEA system server.

Server system and third party licenses:
Microsoft Windows 2003 R2 Web Edition (or higher version) operation system
Microsoft SQL Express Edition (or higher version)
Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 SP1
Server technical characteristics:
2GB RAM, 2GHz Pentium Dual-Core CPU; under heavy system load (~50 users simultaneously connected) we recommend 4GB RAM, 2GHz Pentium Quad-Core CPU)
500MB disc space for server components, up to 4GB space (approx.) for system database.
Disc space for the documents stored in the system depends on the volume and size of the documents.
Disc space for backup copies may be 28GB or more (if you back up your database everyday and keep their copies for one week)

8. Is it mandatory to acquire my own server?
AMEA provides hosting services for your software at LTL 15 per month.
9. Is the data uploaded to the system using the AMEA software safe?
Yes, the system has the latest shared data security features. We use the internationally accepted SSL data encryption module and therefore ensure full security for customers and their data.
10. Is there a possibility to expand the system functionality?
Yes, we can always expand the system by adding a package of your desirable modules. To improve system functionality, you will have to rewrite the contract, and the system migration from your current to another will be handled in one workday.
