Document management

  • All the users have access to the company’s documents because they are stored centrally on the application server.
  • You may create document catalogs and upload them to the system from your computer.
  • Documents may be accessed from places that are more convenient to you because they have a number of links to other system objects, e.g. customers, persons, proposals, etc.
  • You may save several versions of a document in the system.
  • It will be easier to group and find relevant documents because there is a possibility to create document catalogs.
  • You will be able to groups all your documents according to your selected criteria (date, type, etc.).
